Cheruv offers free shipping on every order to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. There are no hidden fees, no minimum order value, and no surprises at checkout. What you see is what you pay.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Order Cutoff Time: 10:00 PM Eastern European Standard Time (Bucharest)

Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends will begin processing the next business day

Shipping Days

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to meet our delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to:
1. Public holidays
2. Severe weather conditions
3. Carrier volume surges (particularly during peak season)
4. Customs processing for international orders
4. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbours and your local post office first. If the package is still missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
